Based on the true events that unfolded on October 2, 2003, for 23 days the nation’s capital was terrorized by a sniper who without care for age, race or gender targeted unsuspecting residents at random. The story depicts how Maryland Police Chief, Charles Moose (Charles S. Dutton) apprehended the suspects and the bittersweet aftermath.

Dutton gives a powerful performance in a gripping drama taken from the pages and broadcasts of the media. Scary, but compelling, “D.C. Sniper: 23 Days Of Fear” is a TV film not to be missed.
