“Go
For Broke” is an amusing urban caper comedy about two mean who dress in drag,
get themselves arrested, and end up in a women’s penitentiary hoping to get
back a winning lottery ticket stolen by one of the inmates during a café
robbery. However ridiculous the premise might sound, it is not the first comedy
to take place in a jail or feature men in drag and it probably won’t be the
last.
A
straight to video DVD release, the image is presented in a (1.33:1) full-framed
aspect ratio with English Dolby Digital 5.1 Surround Sound and optional Spanish
Language Subtitles. The menus feature full motion scene selections and a trailer
(1:30) is included too. “Go For Broke” is available on DVD-Video now from
Artisan Home Entertainment.
