Sheryl
Lee Diamond (Twin Peaks) is Eve, a devoted wife to Ted (Anthony Michael Hall),
who has been seeing other women behind her back. After a car accident reveals
his infidelity to her, she locks him in the sound proof basement of their home,
which was once used to make moonshine during the prohibition era. Eventually Eve
is approached by a detective, who is retiring in a month with a dream of some
strange variation on golf, but when Ted turns the tables on Eve, soon the
question is not who will break free, but who will stay hitched?
A
featureless straightforward DVD release from USA Home Entertainment,
“Hitched” is presented in the (1.33:1) aspect ratio of the original
television exhibition. The picture quality is good though there is a fine grain
in some scenes. A clear English Stereo Soundtrack is included along with English
Closed Captions encoded on to the single layered DVD.
The
menus feature full motion scene selections and animated transition and are also
easy to navigate. “Hitched” is available on DVD-Video now from USA Home
Entertainment.
